Busy work being an Epicor Technical Consultant!
Just a quick post to let people know that my lead time is starting to increase quite a lot. I still, as always, keep a specific amount of time free each week to service all general customer requests for support.
I’m in the process of taking on a trainee to assist me with certain projects so this should hopefully mean I have more immediate availability soon. As always – get in touch if you have a question of need any support.
